The Marketing Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the planning and execution of product promotions across all company channels, contributing marketing experience, analytics, and problem-solving to ensure plans are executed in line with promotion deadlines, marketing objectives and business goals.

DUTIES

  • Project management of digital and offline product promotions planning: Collaborate across business functions to ensure the quality and completeness of product information is gathered within the timeline requirements to deliver product offers and new product information for promotional planning. Create, filter, analyze, and refine promotional content from various channels to maximize consumer impact in the final promotional product.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure the structure of the promotional product data collected meets the needs for reporting and analysis while aiding in the creation of reports and dashboards
  • Translate product offers, with appropriate pricing and value callouts, to assist with layout of flyers, email, catalog, web pages, social media ads and store signage based on pre-determined promotional strategies and monthly themes
  • Work within system constraints to manage timelines and create promotional calendars across channels for accurate, complete, and consistent delivery of product offer presentations in our omni-channel promotional efforts, including uploading product information in our creative systems and proofing product offers across all channels for consistency
  • Aid others in understanding the product data requirements for promotions and reasons for why those requirements exist within specific timelines

QUALIFICATION

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in product marketing or merchandising
  • 1-2 years of experience working with website, email or print marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups and other formulas, de-duping and sorting; database experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in successfully working independently within a team under tight deadlines
  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
